Use of Service

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms. You must not use the services to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the services. We provide our services "as is" and make no guarantees or warranties.

No Refund

Once the software is successfully installed and functions on your PC, you are not eligible for any refund. This includes any issues that arise after the software has been activated and is functioning as intended.

Requesting HWID Resets Manually

Requesting HWID resets manually and privately is prohibited. All HWID resets are to be done through the bot using /resethwid and will be processed in accordance with VTeam Auth BOT terms and conditions.

Invites

Once you buy Premium, you can invite a maximum of 2 people to VTeam. This is a bonus for purchasing Premium, however, they cannot be removed from your invite list. They are bound to your VTeam account. Make sure you trust the person before inviting them, as they will be able to use the Premium features without having Premium status.

Unusual Activity

Engaging in unusual activity, such as making a high volume of requests in a short period or overloading the backend, will result in your account being deleted and the loss of your Premium status. Please refrain from such actions to ensure fair use for all users.
